Purchasing, category management and scheduling ask the same questions. Here they are, before you have to ask. We send listing documents per article.
Checkpoints
- EDI
- We exchange orders (ORDERS), despatch advices (DESADV) and invoices (INVOIC) electronically. The link to two of the three largest DIY chains in Germany is in operation; we set up new partners with your EDI provider.
- Pallets and SSCC
- Every pallet carries an SSCC label to GS1-128 and is announced in the despatch advice. Single-article and mixed pallets, customer article numbers on label and delivery note.
- Delivery routes
- Delivery to central warehouses (CDC), cross-dock via ITK Karlsruhe or directly to the store. Time slots and advice according to your delivery guideline.
- Product data
- Master data, images, data sheet, manual and spare parts overview per model, as a download in the catalogue or as CSV for your system.
- Conformity
- CE declaration and safety notices per model. Dangerous goods under ADR for refrigerants and batteries, with labelling and accompanying documents.
- Registrations
- Waste electrical equipment: WEEE reg. no. DE93655316. Packaging register LUCID: DE3116191710836. Both registered to Ananda as the producer within the meaning of the law, not to you.
- Spare parts
- Spare parts supply ex stock Karlsruhe over the service life, overview with exploded drawing per model.

Process
How a listing works.
Five steps from the first request to the first pallet in the central warehouse. Usually six to ten weeks, depending on EDI setup and season.

You name the product group, approximate volume and delivery route. Reply with availability within two working days.
Samples and documents
We send samples and the documents per article: data sheet, CE, manual, images, master data.
Terms
Prices, volume tiers, payment terms and delivery terms ex stock Karlsruhe or delivered.
Master data and EDI
You create the articles, we deliver the data in your format and set up the EDI exchange with your provider.
First delivery
Advised pallets to the central warehouse or store, SSCC labels, despatch advice in advance.
