How we work.
Ananda runs the supply chain that brings air conditioning, heat pumps, photovoltaics and household appliances from the Far East onto German and European shelves and into warehouses. Five stations, and at each one we do the work.
Station · Factory in the Far East
We choose the factory, check the sample, consolidate the order.
Ananda works with manufacturers whose factories we know and visit regularly. We check samples against specification and standard, negotiate quantities and consolidate orders of several buyers into full containers.
You get factory quality at container terms, without your own purchasing trip, your own sampling process and without the risk of misjudging a manufacturer.

Station · Sea freight
We schedule the container to the terminal.
Ananda books the sea freight, tracks the voyage, obtains the B/L release from the shipping line and commissions the pick-up at the terminal. The forwarders know our warehouses and our time slots.
You see one delivery date and one contact person. Delays at the port, rebookings and terminal fees stay with us.

Station · Customs
We import as the importer of record and clear customs in-house.
Ananda is the importer within the meaning of customs law. We declare, pay duty and import VAT and settle the landed costs per container. Dangerous goods under ADR, such as refrigerants and batteries, are part of the daily business.
You buy customs-cleared goods ex stock Karlsruhe. No customs declaration, no import VAT, no product liability as importer on your side.

Station · Warehouse Karlsruhe
Three locations, one warehouse management system.
Ananda stores at two own locations in Karlsruhe and uses the third-party warehouse of ITK for cross-docking. One warehouse management system keeps stock, batches and serial numbers; pallets leave with SSCC label and despatch advice.
You call off when your shelf needs it. The stock sits in Germany, not on the water.

Station · Shelf and end customer
By EDI to retail, by parcel to the end customer.
Ananda delivers to retail by EDI: orders, despatch advice and invoice electronically, goods to central warehouses or stores, with customer article numbers on label and delivery note. For online retailers we ship directly to end customers, daily, marketplaces included.
You list, we deliver. Your ERP talks to ours, your customers receive the goods from Karlsruhe.
