What we take on

From the specification to the pallet in the central warehouse.

We work with the same factories the Hantech brand comes from. The process is the same as for the more than 800 containers we import every year. Only the name on the carton is new.

Specification: Specifications, performance classes, features, packaging, print templates, and manuals in your languages.
Manufacturing: Factory selection, order placement, production monitoring, pre-production and golden samples.
Testing: CE conformity, test reports, safety instructions, energy labels, hazardous materials labeling.
Customs clearance: Import as importer of record, import VAT, landed costs, WEEE and LUCID registration for your brand or under ours.
Documents: Product data, manual, information sheet, CE declaration, spare parts overview per model. Example: Voltomat Heater document page.
Delivery: Ex stock Karlsruhe to the central warehouse, store or end customer. SSCC pallets, EDI, customer article numbers.

Three typical cases.

Retail chain with a private label
You already run a private label and want to list air conditioners, heaters or fans under it. We deliver customs-cleared to your central warehouse.
Online retailer with its own brand
You sell through your shop and marketplaces and need a product only you have. We store in Karlsruhe and ship directly to your customers.
Brand owner without production
You have the brand and the sales, but no purchasing in the Far East and no customs department. We are both.

Process

Specification
Specification, target price, quantity, channels. We propose the factory and the base model.
Sample
Pre-production sample to Karlsruhe, review with you, approval of the golden sample.
Manufacturing
Order, production monitoring, final inspection at the factory, loading.
Testing and customs clearance
Conformity documents, import, import VAT, landed costs per container.
Delivery
Ex stock Karlsruhe, palletised and advised, or directly to your end customers.
